Warranties

Plant Installations:

Plants will be warrantied for one year against disease, funguses, or improper installation. Plants will not be warrantied if not properly watered or cared for

Pond Installation:

Ponds will be repaired for one year after final day of installation. The warranty includes leaks due to installation, settling, or possible puncture to liner cause by installation.

Brick Paver and Wall Installation:

Brick pavers and walls will be warrantied for one year after the day of completion. Warranty covers settling, heaving, and cracking.

Waterfalls:

Waterfalls will be warrantied against settling and water leaking due to liner edge folding or falling over. Serene Ponds and Landscapes will not guarantee that the water level will be maintained for a continuous period of time due to splash effects and increased evaporation caused by waterfalls.

Drainage:

Serene Ponds and Landscapes will guarantee that all water will drain away and there will be no standing water after a 24 hour period after rain has stopped. We do not guarantee that the ground will be completely dry.
